Returns & Exchanges

 

American Jewelry will exchange or return any purchased item for up to 30 days after the initial purchase date. To exchange or return an item, the original item must be present in it's original, UNALTERED & UNWORN condition, accompanied with the purchase receipt or proof of purchase. Custom Items are final sale. 

 

The following items cannot be exchanged/returned - Any item that has been:

 

    • Custom Made • Special Ordered • Part of a Special Promotion • Worn

            • Altered (Ring sizing, stone setting, anything assembled, etc...

 If an item was discounted, that discount does not automatically carry forward to the newly exchanged item.)
